Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, serving and selling products professionally while maintaining equipment and an overall polished appearance. You will learn the products represented and support event execution across stores.

Responsibilities include managing event kits, communicating with store management, and serving customers while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device with applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to keep them clean and secured.
• Communicate with store management about events in supervisor's absence.
• Be point of contact for all events in the store when supervisor is absent, assisting other Event Specialists as needed.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team during events.
• Acquire knowledge of products represented and effectively communicate features and benefits.
