Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate, and troubleshoot tech products including home theater, computing, smart home and networking. You’ll explore customer needs and propose solutions in conversation, partnering with Geek Squad Agents and other teams to meet Best Buy’s goals.

You’ll handle two-person jobs when needed, manage inventory and paperwork, and follow safety guidelines while providing a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of consumer electronics delivery and installation experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds solo; up to 150 pounds in a team.
• Willingness to work with safety guidelines and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising on lifestyle product and service choices.
• Fulfill delivery, installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting of consumer electronics.
• Lead two-person jobs and perform tasks independently when required.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork, and safety compliance.
