Job summary

Best Buy is hiring an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate, and troubleshoot a range of tech products in customers' homes. You will discuss lifestyle needs, recommend solutions, and partner with Geek Squad Agents and service partners to meet annual initiatives.

You will handle two-person installs, manage inventory, and support safety and paperwork processes while providing a seamless customer experience throughout every step of the service call.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds solo; up to 150 pounds with a teammate.
• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery/installation experience and 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless customer experience with lifestyle recommendations and product/services.
• Fulfill on delivery, installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting of consumer electronics.
• Lead two-person jobs and perform other work solo as needed.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork, payments, and safety guidelines.
