L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead Program Scheduler to serve as a schedule SME for Tier One programs. You will develop IMS/IMP, integrate inputs across engineering and program teams, and drive schedule quality and performance in an EVMS environment.

The role requires leadership in planning, scheduling processes, and coordination with stakeholders, including subcontractors, to ensure executable plans and timely milestones.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, or related field with minimum 9 years planning and scheduling, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with DoD programs and EVMS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules (IMP/IMS) using SOW and WBS inputs.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, risk analysis, and schedule health metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional scheduling across engineering, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality.
• Present schedule status, milestones, risks, and recovery plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support EVMS execution through schedule status analysis and compliant planning practices.
