Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler in Cincinnati to translate functional plans into detailed IMS schedules for development and production contracts. You will Baseline, maintain, and analyze schedules, performing schedule risk analyses and EVMS reporting across engineering, finance, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience; or Graduate Degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience creating/maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting schedules on projects.
• MS Project experience (3+ years); P6 experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain complex resource-loaded IMS using SOW, WBS and program data.
• Perform Critical/Driving Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Earned Value Management reporting.
• Create project-level reports and present risk/status to program management and senior management.
• Ensure schedules and resource plans are integrated across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
