Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Lead Program Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for complex defense programs. You will use MS Project Server to support EVMS in a DoD environment and report to leadership on schedule performance and risk.

Responsibilities include coordinating with CAMs and IPTs, performing risk assessments, and delivering schedule analyses to guide program decisions. Onsite schedule is 9/80 with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience creating IMS with MS Project Server for DoD programs.
• Minimum 9 years of program planning/scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DoD EVMS guidelines (ANSI-748C) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex IMS with MS Project Server.
• Perform critical path analysis and Earned Value reporting.
• Coordinate with CAMs and IPTs for schedule input and updates.
• Present schedule status and risks to leadership.
