L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Scheduler in Palm Bay, FL to manage and enhance complex program schedules with a focus on resource loading and earned value analysis.

The role involves developing standard scheduling formats, tools, and reporting methods for enterprise-wide resource management. You will interface with program teams to maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support regular schedule reviews with senior leadership.

Competenze

Minimum of six years MS Project experience.
Experience creating and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Experience in EVMS – Schedule/S and related metrics.
Experience in IMS Change Management (effective and controlled).
Ability to obtain US Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Mansioni

Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW and WBS.
Create and track plans and schedules; perform risk analysis and resolve critical path issues.
Demonstrate working knowledge of PASEG, EVMS, IPPD, and IPMR standards.
Perform Critical Path, Schedule Risk, and Schedule Metrics analyses (BEI, CEI, CPLI, SPI).
Develop IMS in an agile environment.
Drive IMS and engage teams during customer IBR and internal reviews.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to staff.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align processes.
Propose improvements to systems and processes for better performance.
Coordinate IMS-ERP alignment with finance, engineering, manufacturing and quality.
