Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Program Scheduler to manage and optimize complex program schedules using IMS/IMS, EVMS, and Earned Value metrics.

You will lead schedule development, risk analysis, and performance reporting across finance, engineering, manufacturing and quality teams. The ideal candidate has a BS/BA in Finance or Business with 6+ years of experience (or MA/MS with 4+ years), extensive MS Project experience, and proven ability to drive integrated

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Business with 6 years’ relevant experience; MA/MS with 4 years; Associates with 8 years.
• Six years MS Project experience.
• Experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and presenting project-level reports reflecting risk and status.
• Experience in EVMS – Schedule/S.
• Experience in effective and controlled IMS Change Management.
• Experience in Monte Carlo Risk Analysis (Schedule).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using IMS/IMS and EVMS metrics.
• Interface with program teams to develop and support IMS maintenance and enterprise resource management.
• Perform schedule analysis to identify risks and resolve critical path or network logic conflicts.
• Lead scheduling status reviews and brief senior leaders on progress and variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and project control guidelines.
