Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6+ years of scheduler experience.
• Experience creating/maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and related schedules.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts.
• Proven ability to coordinate across finance, engineering, manufacturing and quality.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of planning and schedule management.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external customer communication and status.
• Oversee performance to program budgets and communicate adjustments to Cost Account Managers.
• Develop integrated master schedules using SOW and WBS.
• Perform time-phased analyses and schedule risk assessments to meet commitments.
• Resolve schedule conflicts and implement work-around strategies.
• Regularly analyze program schedules for enterprise-wide resource needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
