Job summary

The role leads a team developing Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules, aligning with finance, engineering and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and earned value management. You will prepare schedules with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, perform critical path and risk analyses, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning/scheduling employees through guidance, coaching and training.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and IMS using SOW and WBS.
• Prepare schedules using MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Create, track and maintain program plans and baseline reporting.
• Perform schedule analysis: critical path, risk, and BEI/CPLI/SPI metrics.
• Identify and resolve schedule conflicts affecting execution.
