Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is recruiting a Lead Program Scheduler to serve as the scheduling SME for Tier One Programs.

You will develop and maintain IMS/IMP, perform schedule analyses, manage EVMS integration, and coordinate across engineering, finance, and supply chain to support high-priority programs. The role requires the ability to lead large replanning efforts, mentor teams, and present schedule status to program leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in Business, STEM, or related field with 9+ years planning/scheduling experience.
Experience with DoD programs in FAR/DFARS environments is preferred.
Strong ability to lead IMS/IMP development and EVMS reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Schedules (IMS).
Perform schedule risk and critical path analyses and baseline maintenance.
Coordinate cross-functional scheduling with engineering, finance, and supply chain.
Support EVMS execution and deliver schedule status to leadership.
Lead planning improvements and provide SME guidance across programs.
