Job summary

OneDigital seeks an Implementation Project Manager to drive client onboarding, ensure readiness, and manage risk across new and existing client implementations. You will lead governance with executive stakeholders and coordinate across payroll, HR, and IT teams to protect outcomes and service stability.

You will guide scope, timing, and go-live decisions, address readiness issues, and work with Sales and internal teams to align on project requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HCM, payroll, HRIS, SaaS implementation, or related client-facing roles.
• 2+ years leading complex client implementations or cross-functional projects.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders, HR leaders, payroll admins, or decision-makers.
• Experience managing multiple projects with timelines, scope and client expectations.
• Proven ability to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive projects to completion.
• Experience guiding clients through scope changes, readiness concerns, or escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation conversations with executive and business owner stakeholders.
• Schedule and lead client and team cadence calls for applicable projects.
• Establish and enforce client expectations and responsibilities.
• Address resistance, conflict, and scope challenges.
• Deliver messages regarding readiness, compliance, or required changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across departments.
