Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related field) with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support engineering teams on airbreathing hypersonic propulsion development.
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering tasks to meet program requirements.
• Provide written and verbal status reports to AMPT management and lead product team meetings.
• Support proposals to government customers or prime contractors for propulsion development programs.
