Job summary

You will coordinate instrumentation, data analysis, and reporting while mentoring junior engineers and interfacing with stakeholders. A strong engineering background and active security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Systems Engineering or related technical discipline with 6 years of experience; or Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is acceptable.
• Must have active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform test planning from objectives to detailed plans for ground and flight test activities.
• Integrate, develop and control test equipment and instrumentation; manage, analyze, and deliver final test reporting.
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews and ensure safety and test requirements are met; oversee assembly/ teardown and inspection plans.
• Provide on-site customer technical support for engine ground test coverage and analyses; support system flight test activities as needed.
• Travel up to 30% for off-site testing to support program needs.
• Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight.
