Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Systems Engineering or related field with required experience.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Strong leadership, communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning from objectives to detailed tests and reporting.
• Integrate, develop and control test equipment and instrumentation.
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews and ensure safety requirements.
• Provide on-site customer technical support for engine ground tests and flight testing.
• Travel up to 30% for off-site testing and coordinate complex projects.
