Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Systems Engineering with 4 years of related experience, or graduate degree with 2 years.
Self-motivated with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Ability to work in team environments, both virtually and in-person.

Responsibilities

Perform test planning from objectives to detailed test plans for ground and flight testing.
Integrate, develop and control test instrumentation and data; deliver final test reports.
Lead Test Readiness Reviews and ensure safety and test requirements are met.
Provide on-site customer technical support for engine ground test coverage and flight test activities.
Willingness to travel up to 30% for off-site testing as needed.
Coordinate projects with general supervision.
