Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams on large-scale data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of above-ground structural construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, plan sequencing, and enforce safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of above-ground structural construction activities across mission-critical and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervision, and project stakeholders to support safe project delivery.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, lift plans, and docs to ensure work aligns with requirements.
• Support constructability reviews, planning, procurement coordination, and execution strategies.
• Identify risks and conflicts, assess impacts, and develop practical mitigation plans.
• Ensure activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards and client expectations.
