Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MIS) seeks a Construction Manager - Above Ground Structural to lead and coordinate above-ground structural construction activities for large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will oversee structural steel erection, equipment support structures, metal decking, and related construction scopes while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of structural construction practices and field execution strategies.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Focus on safety, quality, schedule performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of above-ground structural construction activities for data center and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervision, and project stakeholders to ensure safe and successful project delivery.
• Review structural drawings, specifications, schedules, lift plans, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support constructability reviews, planning activities, procurement coordination, and execution strategy development.
• Identify project risks, field conflicts, schedule impacts, and constructability challenges; develop practical solutions.
• Ensure activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer expectations and standards.
