Position Overview

As a Construction Manager - Above Ground Structural, you will lead and coordinate above-ground structural construction activities for large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will oversee structural steel erection, equipment support structures, metal decking, miscellaneous metals, prefabricated structural systems, and related construction scopes while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. This role requires extensive knowledge of structural construction practices, field execution strategies, subcontractor management, and project sequencing. You will work closely with project management, field leadership, engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure successful execution of critical structural scopes. Success requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem‑solving abilities combined with a commitment to safety, quality, schedule performance, and operational excellence.
