Job summary

Turner Industries in Monroe, LA is seeking a Hydroblasting Supervisor to lead field crews on hydroblasting and vacuum work. You will interpret blueprints, assign duties, ensure safety, and meet project schedules.

This role requires at least 1 year as a foreman/crew leader in hydroblasting and vacuum, TWIC, post‑offer drug screening, and strict safety compliance; competitive compensation based on experience, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a Foreman/Crew leader in hydroblasting and vacuum field
• TWIC card required
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87)
• Client safety requirements (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots)
• Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness)
• Applicant must not pose a direct threat to health or safety

Responsibilities

• Interprets blueprints, sketches, written/verbal orders and estimates worker-hours and materials
• Assigns duties, lines up and follows up all work and ensures production targets
• Trains and assists workers, supervises activities of assigned construction workers
• Enforces safety regulations and maintains time, production and other records
• Analyses and resolves work-related problems; supports project safety programs
• Works to meet construction schedule and improve efficiency
