Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking a Hydroblasting Supervisor to join our Specialty Services team in the Monroe, LA area. You will lead crews in hydroblasting and vacuum work, applying independent judgment to meet safety and production goals.

Required: at least 1 year as a foreman/crew leader in hydroblasting, TWIC card, post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical, OSHA eye protection (Z87), and adherence to client safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Foreman/Crew leader in hydroblasting or related field.
• TWIC card required for access to certain sites.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• OSHA-approved eye wear (Z87) and client safety rules compliance.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and supervise field crews.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and orders; assign duties and supervise production.
• Train workers and coordinate activities to meet schedules.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain records as required.
• Provide cost estimates and ensure adherence to company standards.
