Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as foreman/crew leader in hydroblasting or related field.
• TWIC card required for access to sites.
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and physical.
• OSHA-required eye wear and safety PPE compliance.
• Must follow client safety rules and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and orders; estimate worker-hours and materials.
• Assign duties, supervise production, and ensure quality per standards.
• Train workers and coordinate activities to meet schedules.
• Enforce safety programs and maintain records as needed.
• May perform supervising tasks across multiple occupations on site.
