Job summary

Turner Industries in Texas seeks a Hydroblasting Supervisor to lead the Specialty Services team on hydroblasting and vacuum projects. You will interpret blueprints, assign duties, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Foreman/Crew leader in hydroblasting or related field
• TWIC card required
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87)
• Client safety requirements must be met (PPE, attire)
• Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple workers on site

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and orders; estimate worker hours and materials
• Assign duties and supervise production to meet schedule
• Train and assist workers; enforce safety regulations
• Maintain records of time and production; cost estimates for contracts
• Ensure adherence to company policies and project safety programs
