Job summary

Turner Industries, a leading industrial contractor, is seeking a Hydroblasting Supervisor for the Monroe, LA area to lead field crews and ensure safe, efficient hydroblasting operations. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, planning work sequences, training crew members, enforcing safety, and coordinating with project teams to meet schedules.

Candidates should have foreman experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a Foreman/Crew leader in hydroblasting and vacuum field.
• TWIC card required.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• OSHA approved corrective eyewear (Z87).
• Job site safety requirements as required by the client.

Responsibilities

• Interprets blueprints, sketches, orders; estimates worker-hours and materials.
• Assigns duties, lines up and follows up all work; ensures production of unit.
• Inspects work for standards; trains and assists workers; coordinates activities.
• Establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet schedule; enforces safety regulations.
