Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking a Hydroblasting Supervisor to join our Specialty Services team in the Lake Charles, LA area. The supervisor will lead hydroblasting and vacuum field crews, interpret blueprints, and ensure safe, productive operation on projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Foreman/Crew leader experience in hydroblasting, a TWIC card, and must pass post-offer screenings. Turner offers comprehensive benefits and equal employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a Foreman/Crew leader in hydroblasting and vacuum field.
• TWIC card required.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87).
• Job site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.).
• Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, orders; estimate worker-hours and materials.
• Assign duties and supervise work; ensure production adherence to standards.
• Train and assist workers; coordinate activities of construction crews.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies; manage schedules and records.
