Job summary

Solace Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Special Projects - Retrofit Foreman to lead the crew in planning, verification, and installation of HVAC retrofit projects. You will coordinate manpower, verify equipment needs with Account Directors, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely, on-budget completion.

You will supervise safety, conduct pre-site inspections, and manage documentation through project closeout, while ensuring quality and adherence to blueprints and technical instructions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service and install experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to plan, verify and install retrofit equipment as projects require.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and blueprints.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities for a field crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead retrofit crew from planning through installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate manpower, schedule, and buy orders with departments.
• Verify equipment submittals and ensure correct orders before installation.
• Maintain safety standards and project documentation.
• Manage personnel within Special Projects and address corrective actions.
