Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to manage up to 10 HVAC installation technicians onsite. You will supervise safety, track daily and weekly progress, perform JHAs, spot inspections, and mentor the crew while coordinating with clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You must have at least 5 years of verifiable HVAC experience, EPA and state certifications, OSHA 10, First Aid and CPR, and a strong understanding of ductwork, piping, and controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in the HVAC trade.
• Mandatory certifications: Universal EPA, TDLR registration, OSHA 10, First Aid and CPR.
• Hands-on foreman, must be a working foreman.
• Strong knowledge of major HVAC components and installation methods (RTUs, VAVs, fan coils, piping, ducting, controls).
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite supervision of up to 10 HVAC installation technicians.
• Ensure safety, daily and weekly progress, and JHAs; perform spot inspections.
• Mentor, guide, and train crew; communicate with client and project team.
• Maintain budget awareness and progress reporting; create daily progress reports.
