Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Southwest is seeking a project foreman/Retrofit lead to plan and execute retrofit projects from start to finish. You will supervise on-site personnel, ensure safety, coordinate activities, and liaise with clients to foster goodwill and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retrofit or construction projects.
• Ability to install HVAC equipment and read blueprints or wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of applicable city, state and local codes; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead project on-site and supervise Retrofit team members.
• Give work directions, conduct on-the-job training, and ensure safety.
• Install HVAC equipment and read/install per blueprints and diagrams.
• Start-up and commissioning of installed equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and customer satisfaction.
