Job summary

Walmart Marshall, MO is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to install and service commercial systems, including ductwork, controls, and refrigeration units. You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant domains, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

You will lead field teams, mentor apprentices, and coordinate with service providers as needed.

Qualifications

• Option 1: HVAC/R cert and 2 years’ mechanical maintenance or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and controls.
• Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across commercial systems.
• Maintains preventive maintenance programs and station upkeep.
• Mentors Technicians and Apprentices on safety and procedures.
• Drives company vehicle and coordinates service calls within region.
