Walmart in Marshall, MO is seeking a skilled HVAC/R technician to install and service HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple facilities. You will interpret blueprints, diagnose issues, and ensure compliance with building codes while mentoring juniors on technical procedures and safety practices.

You will lead field teams, coordinate service calls, and participate in on-call rotations, delivering reliable, customer-focused service with strong emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

HVAC/R certification or equivalent required.
2+ years in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification required.
HVAC-R/Mechanical Journeyman where required.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Install and service HVAC/R systems including ductwork and control panels.
Lead field teams and mentor apprentices; communicate with customers.
Coordinate service calls and maintenance using scheduling tools.
Participate in on-call rotations and ensure safety compliance.
