Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification and 2+ years of maintenance experience in commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background checks and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC/R and building controls per plans and codes.
• Lead field teams and mentor less-experienced technicians and apprentices.
• Coordinate service calls and workload using scheduling tools; maintain parts inventory.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA protocols and ensure refrigerant handling documentation.
