Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification and 2+ years in maintenance or construction-related field.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and control panels.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Lead field teams and mentor apprentices on technical procedures.
• Coordinate service calls and resource planning within region.
