Formación

• HVAC/R certification and 2+ years in mechanical maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards for HVAC/R work.
• Experience with diagnostic testing and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret layout plans.

Responsabilidades

• Installs and services HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and controls.
• Configures low ambient systems and direct digital controls to spec.
• Diagnoses electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical issues and resolves them.
• Leads field teams and mentors apprentices on procedures and safety.
• Coordinates with managers and customers; on-call rotation as needed.
• Maintains tools, records, and compliance with EPA 608 and OSHA standards.
