BFC Solutions is seeking a Lead Service Technician to guide field operations across multiple regions in the Northeast. The role combines hands-on technician work with training, operational support, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will travel regularly (overnight stays), develop plans with the Regional Service Manager, and drive safety, service attainment, and profitability through hands-on coaching and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience with BFC Solutions or relevant external experience.
• Demonstrated success in safety, service attainment, and positive team leadership.
• Flexibility to travel and provide overnight and weekend route coverage as needed.
• Openness to coaching, feedback, and professional growth.
• Ability to support technicians by phone and video.
• Strong teaching and coaching skills, with the patience to train and develop technicians.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to interpret dashboards and queries to monitor performance and guide daily priorities.

Aufgaben

• Use critical thinking to address daily operational challenges.
• Develop plans with the Regional Service Manager to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly service attainment, revenue, and safety goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures and present recommendations to leadership.
• Lead morning huddles and monitor daily team progress using dashboards.
• Coordinate communication across departments to address customer requests.
• Travel as needed to support the team during staffing shortages, injuries, growth, disruptions, and other challenges.
• Train and cross-train technicians; reinforce a culture of safety.
