BFC Solutions is seeking a Lead Service Technician to combine hands-on field service with training, operational support, and team leadership. The right candidate should expect to travel between the areas of Connecticut, Boston, Rhode Island, New York, New Hampshire and Portland- approximately 10 overnight stays per month should be expected.

• At least one year of experience with BFC Solutions or relevant external experience.
• Proven success in safety, service attainment, and positive team leadership.
• Flexibility to travel and provide overnight and weekend route coverage as needed.
• Openness to coaching, feedback, and professional growth.
• Ability to support technicians by phone and video.
• Strong teaching and coaching skills, with the patience to train and develop technicians.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to interpret dashboards and queries to monitor performance and guide daily priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement process improvements to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly service attainment, revenue, and safety goals.
• Use critical thinking to address daily operational challenges and coordinate with the Regional Service Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and present recommendations to leadership.
• Lead and support daily operations by guiding technician calls and providing direction.
• Lead morning huddles and monitor dashboards to track team progress.
• Coordinate cross‑department communication to address customer requests and provide coverage for the RSM.
