Qualifications

• At least five years of related technical consulting experience.
• Five+ years installing and servicing HVAC/R equipment with advanced technical knowledge.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own escalation procedures and service-level performance.
