Job summary

Lennox International seeks a Manager of Field Technical Support to lead a team of technical consultants across the US and Canada, focusing on escalations, field service excellence, and customer-driven outcomes.

You will drive performance metrics, mentor engineers, and partner with sales to address complex HVAC/R challenges, ensuring top-tier service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior people leadership experience of a field team.
• At least five years of related technical consulting experience.
• At least five years installing and servicing HVAC/R equipment with advanced knowledge.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate technical information clearly.
• Customer-first mindset with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Credibility and technical expertise to serve as SME for Technical Services Department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical consultants to deliver exceptional support.
• Own escalation procedures and service-level performance for timely resolution of complex needs.
• Collaborate with field support and sales partnerships to address customer requirements.
• Define, track, and analyze metrics to strengthen field team performance.
• Lead process improvements to simplify workflows and improve customer and employee experience.
