Job summary

Community Partners in Action, Inc. in Hartford, CT is seeking a Lead Human Services Worker for the Work Release Program. This full-time role supports residents through housing, case management, and reentry services within a structured program environment.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or higher with relevant experience; supervision of staff and crisis management skills are valued. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, and weekend/holiday hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of staff supervision experience.
• Experience with justice-involved clients and diverse populations.
• Valid CT driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays and additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the Work Release Program.
• Supervise resident activities and ensure safety.
• Conduct incident reports and maintain logs.
• Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.
• Coordinate with staff and managers for program operations.
