Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, associate or bachelor’s degree with three years in human services.
• Residential experience preferred with at least one year supervising staff.
• Experience with justice-involved clients, substance abuse or mental health issues is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Commit to agency mission and program goals.
• Supervise shift staff, ensure resident safety and program compliance.
• Maintain incident reports, shift logs and professional boundaries.
• Engage residents and mediate conflicts, promoting recovery and participation.
• Conduct resident intake/admission and coordinate with team for program needs.
