Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Valid CT driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in human services with justice-involved clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor resident activities per program policies.
• Advocate for participants and encourage program participation.
• Mediates conflicts and resolves issues in a solutions-focused manner.
• Maintain shift logs and complete incident reports.
• Assist with resident needs and ensure policy compliance.
