Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Valid CT driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with justice-involved clients and behavioral health issues preferred.
• Ability to interact with multi-cultural populations and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor resident activities in a safe environment.
• Advocate for participants to encourage participation and accountability.
• Mediate conflicts in a solutions-focused manner.
• Maintain professional boundaries with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Promote BEDI culture and a respectful, non-discriminatory environment.
• Attend staff meetings and training; participate in program operations.
