Job summary

Stitch Fix, Inc. is seeking a Lead Integration Engineer to join the Business Systems Engineering team. You will design and implement scalable HRIS integrations, primarily supporting Workday and related platforms, with a focus on data quality, security, and compliance.

You will collaborate across product, IT, and HR to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, develop event-driven patterns, RESTful APIs, and reusable components that scale globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience integrating global HCM solutions.
• Familiar with HRIS modules (HCM, Benefits, Talent) and systems like Workday, Greenhouse, ADP.
• Knowledge of BI/analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define integration patterns and data flows between HRIS systems.
• Design RESTful/SOAP APIs and data pipelines.
• Develop scalable, AI-ready HR automation solutions.
• Ensure SOX compliance and security architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
