Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience on backend systems.
• Fluent in Go, Ruby, Java, or Python; current stack is Golang & Ruby.
• Strong PostgreSQL/MySQL experience and cloud platform use.
• Led complex, multi-sprint initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Commitment to automated testing, CD, observability and reliability.
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-sprint Order Management initiatives from framing to rollout.
• Design and build reliable, stateful services across checkout and order lifecycle.
• Drive technical decisions balancing delivery speed and long-term maintainability.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to define scope and risks.
• Strengthen engineering excellence with testing, observability, safe releases, and reviews.
