Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) seeks a Lead Housing Support Specialist in Albuquerque to supervise Housing Support Specialists and ensure the Women’s Housing Navigation Center runs safely and efficiently.

You will guide daily assignments, cover shifts, coach staff, and provide on-site support. You will remain involved in direct services, supporting intake, housing navigation, and resident needs, reviewing documentation and maintaining service quality with a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in case management, housing navigation, or resident support in a shelter, supportive housing, or similar setting.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred; ability to lead and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to Housing Support Specialists while ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate shift coverage, coach team members, and provide on-site supervisory support.
• Support intake, case management, housing navigation, and resident needs; review client documentation and monitor service quality.
