Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with unhoused population preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid training within 90 days preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate social service activities and assist shelter residents.
• Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle.
• Maintain accurate resident counts and files documentation.
• Communicate with supervisor and staff.
• Conduct daily room and bed checks and assist in directing new residents.
• Enforce resident policies and procedures.
• Arrange room cleaning and linen exchange as needed.
