Responsibilities

• Manage reservations on Seven Rooms.
• Engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining.
• Manage waiting guests and designate table assignments.
• Exhibit a top-notch service attitude and assist guests as needed.
• Quote accurate wait times and seat guests promptly.
• Identify investors and VIPs and notify their server.
• Communicate changes/events that can influence covers.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Daily responsibilities include the following but not limited to:* Manage reservations on Seven Rooms* Enthusiastically engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining* Manage waiting guests* Designate table assignments* Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guests* Be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and guests* Maintain a level of professionalism and community effectively, Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations* Accurately quote wait times and seat guests in a timely manner* Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates* Tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times* Identify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their server* Communicate changes/events that can influence covers* Other tasks as assigned## Qualifications**What You Need to Bring to the Table:*** Proficiency with reservation systems software* Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual* Possess and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service and willingness to go out of your way to accommodate guests* Flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)* Confidence in personal style and appearance* Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail* Communication and ability to delegate* Skilled in time management*This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
