Job summary

TouchPoint is seeking a floating Patient Flow Manager to lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators, Constant Observers, and Transporters within a hospital setting. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, engagement, and service quality across four facilities, collaborating with hospital leadership and nursing teams to ensure safe, patient-centered observation services.

The role drives operational performance, supports staff retention, and ensures consistent service delivery across locations

Qualifications

Management experience in a hospital, patient services, or hospitality environment.
Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and identify trends that impact operations.
Basic computer skills with Windows-based systems; ability to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Patient Observation Services across multiple facilities.
Lead, develop, and engage staff including coordinators, observers, and transporters.
Ensure regulatory compliance and client relationships while maintaining service excellence.
