Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Patient Flow Coordinators and Patient Transporters.
• Oversee dispatch operations and optimize workload distribution.
• Monitor patient flow and identify efficiency and service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; manage performance and budgets.
• Collaborate with clinical and support departments to meet service levels.
