Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee all departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations. The role includes financial oversight, liaising with owners, and driving clinical implementation of therapies.

The candidate should possess a PharmD or B.S. with pharmacy board eligibility, strong leadership, and robust customer-service and IT skills. Experience in infusion therapy preferred.

Formación

• Requires: B.S. or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Requires: strong interaction with employees, referral sources, physicians, and consumers.
• Requires: excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
• Requires: business and financial understanding of operating a profitable business.
• Preferred: three years of clinical experience.
• Preferred: experience managing pharmacy support personnel.
• Preferred: infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.
• Preferred: sterile compounding training.

Responsabilidades

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and company policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as a liaison between the Board of Managements and staff.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on healthcare provision by professionals.
• Resolves questions, problems, and issues across departments.
• Implements and upholds company policies and protocols for consumer service.
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Maintains knowledge of USP <797> for sterility and stability of sterile preparations.
• Manages performance improvement, sets expectations, and assigns staff to improvement activities.
• Reviews charts and lab results for product and device selection and supply management.
• Evaluates physician medication orders for safety and cost effectiveness.
• Monitors patient progress and communicates results to the physician team.
• Supervises pharmacy operations and staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Assists training and orientation of new employees and performance programs.
• Participates in on-call rotation as needed.
