Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee operations across pharmacy, admin, and sales in compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.

The role includes financial oversight and coordination with owners and corporate on finance, performance, and clinical implementation of therapies. The candidate should hold a BS Pharmacy or PharmD with GA Board license and bring strong communication, business acumen, and experience in infusion therapy and sterile

Qualifications

• Require B.S or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with staff, referrers, physicians, and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advanced computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding for profitable operations.
• Preferred: 3 years clinical experience.
• Preferred: Experience managing pharmacy support personnel.
• Preferred: 1 year infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.
• Preferred: Sterile compounding training.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations in compliance with regs and company policies.
• Oversee pharmacy, admin, and sales departments and budget performance.
• Liaise between owners, corporate office and staff on issues.
• Hire, orient, evaluate employees; supervise staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in care delivery.
• Support strategic planning to increase revenue and quality.
• Maintain USP <797> standards for sterile compounding.
• Review charts and lab results for therapy appropriateness.
• Communicate clinical information to physicians and teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
